Welcome to Studio-Rooms Amsterdam, flats and studios to enjoy Amsterdam as much as you can!
We offer different rooms, all centrally located inside the zone 5700 = centre Amsterdam in residential areas.
Maximum 5 minutes walking from shopping centre and 5 minutes to public-transport.
Close to all main-spots but not on Dam-square in the heart of the city-centre.

-ALWAYS VALUE for MONEY: euro 35 - 40 per night.
IF you rent with a private shower+toilet also the extra kitchen with cooking-equipment is included in the total-price.
IF you rent with sharing bath + toilet the use of kitchen and use cooking-equipment is NOT included is extra charge Euro 10,00 p.p.p.n.
These prices with a kitchen are cheap for Amsterdam and you come home when you like.
All rooms are inside a residents-apartment.
You use a room in the house of your hosts.
You can not invite extra visitors + no parties.
There are house-rules = no inconviences.

MOST rooms 3-6 persons ( the majority ) have a PRIVATE bath-room + PRIVATE kitchen included in the total price.

SMOKING POLICY
-To enjoy legal a joint you walk in 3 minutes to the COFFEE-SHOP.
10 more coffee-shops within 10 minutes walking.
-By Law it is since 01-07-2008 forbidden to smoke in cafe's + restaurants + hotel-lounges + public-places.
-Only in private-apartments smoking a cigarette or a joint is permitted. You can not smoke in the bed-rooms, only in the kitchen- or diningroom.
- You can not smoke and hanging around in the public-area around the apartments.
HOW to SECURE a BOOKING:
-To finish your booking you have to pay in FORWARD on the top of the 10% charge EXTRA a REFUNDABLE KEY-deposit.
-We refund this KEY-deposit on the day of departure.
-You receive after your reservation 4 extra e-mails.
OPEN your e-mails within 24 hours!
Paypal ( a secure internet-banker ) will send by e-mail a money-request for the KEY-deposit.
1 person = Euro 50,00
2-3 persons = Euro 100,00
4-7 persons = Euro 200,00
