Property description
Ku-Boboyi River Lodge is on a hilltop, surrounded by a tropical garden with huge old trees. It has a panoramic view of the Indian Ocean, and borders a protected valley with indigenous grassland and forest that abound with a multitude of birds and small game. Bright flowers litter the valley below through which Ku-Boboyi River flows seaward.
The Lodge offers comfortable accommodation, tastefully decorated with an African theme that created a relaxing atmosphere.
From our veranda you can enjoy, the annual winter migration of huge Shoal of Sardine which are follow by thousand of Dolphins, Whales and sea bird is a phonemes not seen any where else in the world. The Sardine run in June, July, is one of the world greatest marine migrations.
We are situated on the South Coast of Kwa Zulu-Natal, 4 Km before Port-Edward if travelling from Durban and 7 km to the Wild coast where Amadiba Adventure Horse and Hiking Trail start.
We accommodate up to 30 persons and there is a self-catering facility in a fully equipped common kitchen or experience our "gourmet meals" prepared by our resident Chef.
