TOUR DETAILS

Day 1

We depart from Windhoek and head north via, Okahandja and Tsumeb and on to Etosha. Lunch will be taken en-route with arrival at the entrance to Namutoni by mid-afternoon. We must return by sunset to the campsite where your guide will organise your supper, cooked over an open fire. Floodlit waterholes at all the Rest Camps allow guests the opportunity of viewing game at night.


Day 2

It is up early and, after a quick cup of coffee, your guide will take you for your morning game drive into Etosha. The National Parks has over 300 types of birds and most of Africa's big game. Return to camp for a good breakfast and pack up so we can spend the rest of the day game driving over to the west side of the Park. The floodlit waterhole is famous for its black rhino sightings.


Day 3

After an early morning game drive we return for breakfast, pack up camp and leave Etosha. Lunch will be served en-route home, stopping at Okahandja to view the wood-carvings. Arrival time back in Windhoek at approx. 17h00. You can now say farewell or prepare for your next safari commencing on Tuesday or Wednesday.
