Can you please resend my confirmation?

Once you click the "Confirm" button it should only take up to 1 minute to receive confirmation of your booking on screen. Do not click the confirm button more than once or you will be charged more than once. We also send you a confirmation e-mail with your booking details if you have given us a valid e-mail address. Please note that due to the nature of the internet and individual e-mail servers that sometimes confirmation e-mails will not be received.

As a precaution all your bookings are also stored in our online travel itinerary planner, MyAccount . When you log into your account you will be able to view your booking.By booking through us you automatically become a MyAccount member and can access this area at any time to view your bookings.
