To read carefully: We please You to let us know (with an e-mail) Your exact arrival time in our structure, so that we will surely be there to welcome You. We do not live inside Roman and Italian and do not have a 24 hours reception, so we will not rely upon the arrival time that you write while you book a room. We accept reservations with check in from 10.00 a.m. to maximum 20.00 (08.00 p.m.)(You have to tell us your exact time of your arrival).
If you are on delay and you do not contact us to tell about your delay, we can consider your booking cancelled, also after 15 minutes.
WE WONT MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 08.00 P.M. FOR ANY KIND OF REASON. (Any check in from 8.00 p.m. to
10.00 p.m., IF POSSIBLE FOR US, will let you pay a late fee
of 30 euros). (Any check in from 10.00 p.m. to midnight, IF POSSIBLE FOR US, will let you pay a late fee of 50 euros).

A family-owned structure that from November 2007 changed the management.

Roman and Italian is located on Via Emanuele Filiberto 161, in the middle of the famous Holy Triangle of the most important churches in the Imperial Rome area : San Giovanni in Laterano Church, Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. It is a perfect solution for all travellers that want to visit Rome and to be in the town center at the same time.
Roman and Italian is in a very strategic position: it is only 10-15 minutes from the Colosseum and the archeological areas, only 300 metres from San Giovanni in Laterano Church and just two underground stops (Line A - the red one) from the Termini Railway Station.

It is near to the most important monuments of the city:
Colosseum , Capitol Hill, Roman Forum, Domus Aurea, Arch of Constatin , Palatine Hill, Roman Baths, Trajan's Column and Market, Circus Maximums, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Ara Pacis, Spanish Steps, Cappuccin Crypt, Pincio, Villa Borghese, Borghese Gallery, Via Veneto (La dolce Vita), Modern Art Museum, Vatican City, St.Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museum, Castel Sant'Angelo, Trastevere, Santa Maria in Trastevere, Villa Farnesina, Gianicolo Hill Viewpoint, San Giovanni in Laterano Church, Santa Maria Maggiore church and more.

Roman and Italian has three comfortable rooms with double bed (one bed queen size), wardrobe, fan, heating, television. The air conditioning is a fee service (5 euros per night).

Breakfast and towels are not included.
