CHECK-IN TIME:12 to 3 pm, other times by previous arrangement only. (We highly recommend you call first to confirm your tentative arrival time or obtain our agreement by email with one week's prior notice. Otherwise site may be attended by non-English speaking staff or staff not allowed to check in guests).
CHECKOUT TIME: 10 am, other times by previous arrangment only. Inform manager at or soon after check-in.
NOTE: For all other check-in or check-out time, and inquiry, please email or call on telephone and obtain confirmation before proceeding. Otherwise our local staff will prevent check in or check out.

Notice: We are currently extending and rennovating to provide more amenities and facilities for guests. This will continue till at least mid December 09. We regret some inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Dharmadwar currently has one ensuite bedroom, one stand alone bed room with additional common bath and toilets, fully furnished large kitchen, formal dining room and well appointed lounge room, large veranda and front lawn. We are upgrading it and shortly we will make available many more bedrooms with or without attached baths and many more facilities.
All rooms are tastefully decorated and well stocked. Linen and towels are provided free per person weekly, and then if requited at nominal extra charges, for the duration of the full stay. The property is cleaned daily. On-duty manager is available during daytime and a night watchman is on duty as well.
From January 2010, we will add many different types of fully furnished apartments that will also be available. This includes one, two, three, four and five bedroom apartments with or without kitchen or kitchenette. In all the facility will be able to provide accomodation for up to 60 guests in a boutique environment with first class furnishings that will be unmatched in their style and ambience.
We can help arrange other services such as pick up, etc., for extra cost. You can cook your own or simply take-away food from a wide menu catering Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine available from many places in the city. We can provide those details.
We have now added an entertainment/function area for small functions by our guests. It can accommodate up to 70 guests. In general the function area is only available to guests and must be separately booked and paid for. Ask the manager for details. Late night functions are not allowed and all functions must end by 8-30pm sharp.
Only rooms can be booked on-line. For booking all other types of facilities please email us or phone the manager.
Note : We can accept your booking through credit card, however for actual payment, we will not accept credit card payments or travellers cheques, or personal cheques. We accept only cash in local currency and give receipts. We reserve the right to take a small security deposit, if required. 10% payment you make on credit card is paid to our online booking agent directly at the time of booking. 90% remaining amount is payble in cash on arrival. The account will be settled in Rupees and the exchange rate will be advised by our local manager at the time of the settlement based on best available recent data at the location. Other charges if incurred will be payble at the time when they are incurred or on check out as determined by the local manager. If we are unable to provide accomodation after making a booking, which is a very rare event, we will refund full payment including deposit for booking in local currency in cash on checking identity documents. All disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts and this is a condition that the guest agrees to by the very act of booking. The guest agrees to observe all the local rules and regulations; and also conditions of local management, which are along the general terms of similar operations. Where in doubt, the guest undertakes to read them before checking in and no subsequent disputes will be entertained about knowledge of such conditions by the guest.
