Surrounded by the mountains Maiella(2795m), Morrone (2060) and Genzana (2176 m), where the suggestions of the forests invite to a secret travel in the nature with thousands of optimal paths for trekking or mountain-biking.

Sulmona is famous all over the world for making of confetti (the production started in the XV century, recognized for the total lack of starch and flour.

Sulmona's gastronomy is tied to flavour and colors of a time far away.
