Location!, Location!, location!, Location! no matter how we write it, it`s absolutely superb. Our Apt. Balmes is perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona, just 2 minutes from Placa Catalunya and 5 minutes from La Rambla.

Apt. Balmes is a great combination of 2 shared large central apartments situated on the same floor. Offering travelers a quality clean private rooms for a great economical price.

These shared apartments have 5 private lockable rooms each one and they offer private twin rooms (with 2 single beds), triple rooms (with 3 single beds) and double rooms (with 1 double bed). Both apartments also have a fully equip kitchen, and 2 bathrooms for all guests to share. We supply all bed linens, pillows and towels.

Please understand that when you reserve a kind of room you be staying in any of rooms the apartments offer, that means you will be staying in the room available at the moment you arrive in either the first shared apartment or the second one.

If you want a private room, be in the center of town, and be able to walk to loads of shops, pubs & clubs, restaurants & cafes, then we highly recommend, taking a room in Apt. Balmes.

Location:
The locations of the apartments are simply perfect as they set in the heart of Barcelona\'s center. Plaza Catalunya is the center square of the city and La Rambla is Spain\'s most famous street; both are just 5 minutes walk from the front door. All main transportation for Barcelona are accessed from Plaza Catalunya. This means 5 minutes from the apartment you have complete access to; metro, bus, train, airport bus, taxi, touristic bus, bike rental, Moto rental, car rentals and taxi. Not only is the apartment easily accessed it sets in the middle of the city\'s main tourist and shopping area. This gives your group the opportunity to leave the apartment on foot and walk to nearly all the main attractions, shops, museums and restaurants.

If your group desires to share its vacation time together in the same apartment and want the convenience of being in the center of the city then this centrally located 5-bedroom apartment will be an excellent choice.

No Party Policy: (No parties are allowed in the apartment. Meaning no loud noise/music, smoking or heavy drinking are allowed in the apartment)

No Luggage Storage: If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station

Cash On Arrival: remaining balance is due on arrival in Euro in cash only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted

Reservation for 8 or more people must pay:
80 euros cleaning fee and 50 euros per person Security Deposit (100% refundable on check out)
