Set in an original Victorian villa, Kariba Guesthouse is a family-run property located just a short walk from Edinburgh city centre.

Fully modernised, the house still retains many of its charming original features and has a range of bright and comfortable guest rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms, TV, hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities.

We serve breakfast each morning, accompanied by a continental buffet featuring a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, freshly ground coffee and a selection of teas. Vegetarian options are available.

Kariba Guesthouse is perfectly located for visiting all the main attractions in Edinburgh, and you can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome when you return.

We have parking available for 6 cars at a rate of �8 per day. We will be more than happy to offer you any assistance you require in booking trips or deciding what to do while in Edinburgh.

For late arrivals the guest MUST contact the guest house to arrange key pick up.
