Being located in the seafront of the Vila Olimpica beach, from a short walk to the subway station 'Ciutadella-Vila Olimpica'. Also it's 15 minutes to Les Rambles, the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, Sagrada Familia, etc.
Beach Dream is next to night clubs, pubs, restaurants, discotheques...

Terms & Conditions:
- There is no reception; guests have to call us upon arrival to the city centre/main station to arrange the check in time.
- Check in: 13h
- Check out: 10h
- Required deposit: 100�-200� for apartments bookings
- Late check in extra charge (from 22h): 10�/hour or fraction/room
- Payment only cash on arrival.
- No pets
- Age restriction: 10 years old
- Cancellation Policy: 48 hours before arrival, otherwise we will charge the full price of the first night, the same if you don't show up
- Beach Dream is special for young people, friends, couples, open minded people who love enjoying the city and meeting another travelers and shareing with them special moments instead of spending all day in the bedroom. There is a good and friendly atmosphere, but it's not a party guesthouse!
- Please note: For reservations arriving from 1st of Nov 2012 a tourist tax of 0.75� per person per night with a will apply for the first 7 nights.
